We use your information to operate the directory, connect customers with inspection professionals, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our Service. We do not sell personal information to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
3. Customer Lead Data
When a customer submits a contact or booking request, their information is shared with the relevant listed business to fulfill the service request. Businesses are responsible for handling customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI agent responses — no personal identifying information is included in AI prompts), and email delivery services. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies for authentication and basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

Business listing data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Customer inquiry data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.
