By accessing or using SewerInspections.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by ForGood.com Support Services ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SewerInspections.com is a directory platform connecting homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals with verified sewer inspection companies. We provide listing management, lead generation, booking tools, and AI-powered customer communication for qualified inspection professionals.
3. Business Listings
Businesses listed on SewerInspections.com must meet our minimum requirements including a 4.25+ star rating and 50+ verified reviews. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that do not meet these standards or that violate our policies. All listing information must be accurate and up to date.
4. Subscription and Payment
SewerInspections.com offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) with a 60-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew at the published rate unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your business dashboard.
5. Lead Generation and Bookings
Leads and booking requests submitted through the Service are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the quality or conversion rate of leads. Businesses are solely responsible for responding to and fulfilling service requests from potential customers.
6. AI Agent
Professional and Enterprise subscribers may enable an AI-powered agent to respond to customer inquiries. Businesses are responsible for reviewing AI responses and ensuring accuracy. We are not liable for any miscommunications arising from AI-generated responses.
7. Affiliate Program
Our affiliate program allows qualified partners to earn commissions by referring new business subscribers. Commission rates and terms are subject to change with 30 days notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false reviews or information, to spam customers, or to interfere with the Service's operation. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SewerInspections.com does not endorse or guarantee the quality of work performed by listed businesses. Consumers should independently verify credentials and obtain multiple quotes before hiring.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SewerInspections.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
